Newbie - First Cook

Picked up my BGE yesterday, did my first cook today. I did a Eye Of Round Roast with mesquite smoke. What a great meal. The best roast I have ever done.[p]Thanks to everyone who input to this site. You all helped me decide on purchasing the BGE. What a great unit.

Like the other's have said...congrats on the purchase and first of many great meals.
I did an eye of the round roast last weekend. Very juicy roast but a bit on the tough side. Doubtful I'll cook one again anytime soon. But it did make excellent sandwiches!
