I nuke my bacon for 1 1/2 to 2 /00 minutes.Sorry I did not mention that in the post.Always try to use a thin sliced bacon and avoid the thick cut.

Good looking cook, C. Did you put anything on the shrimp before cooking?

I call this my killer sauce and just brush it over one half of the shrimp.Or a sauce that you like. This is a sweet Asian type of thing and folks that I give it to with chicken, ribs, etc.give me a thumbs up.Here you go if you want to give it a try.

    2 cups Hunts ketchup
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup soy
    1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs oyster sauce (the oriental section in the grocery store)
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Do give this a try and let me know how you like it.It is sweet-not any heat-and that hint of Asian flavor.
  • The shrimp looks great and how did the pizza come out

This was a three cheese pie with mushrooms and one half shrimp.Cooked with plate setter legs down and a 4 1/2 inch raised grid at 500 degrees.
