Pork Butts In Progress...

Here's 18 lbs. of pork butt about 8.5 hours in. Looking and smelling very good so far.

That pork is looking good!
Surprised that you are not using a drip pan. Some of the grease will get burnt off from the platesetter, but it seems like there will also be a lot of grease dripping into the bottom of your egg. -
It was 5 am and I realized the wife forgot the foil pans at the store. I'll have to do a good cleaning burn after this one.

Looking good CBC!Sams has the 30 count 12"X10"x2" foil pans for 7-10 bucks.
