Help! My husband just invited quests for dinner today. I have a turkey breast in the fridge. Don't have time to brine. I will do a rub, but please give me times and temps. I have 4.5 hours until show time.

Rak, 350° dome for 20 min. a lb max. Will be done at 160°internal. I go 165° just for thermometer error. Indirect cook.
