I'm becoming a big fan of Ray Lampe's Big Time BBQ sauce.
I prefer the KC style sauces but Lampe's sauce is sweet with a noticeable mustard flavor.
Every time I use his sauce my family comments on how good the food is.
Tonight I basted some pork chops as they were cooking and man they were good.
I just may have to make another batch of that stuff.
I'm not selling cookbooks but you only have to find one or two really good keepers to make any cookbook worth the money.
