It made it easier to flip the bird over, but.....[p]2) I personally don't flip the bird anymore. I just roast the sucker skin side up for an hour at 350. I know folks can find better ways, but this is my "dead simple" technique.[p]So, I'll bet you are all thinking I'm going to spatchcock a chicken tonight, huh? Well, am I? Eh? As Steve Martin would say, naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. We trying Gretl's salmon which was posted in the last week.[p]TNW
