Thanks KennyG and sprinter for the advice for my catfish. It was wonderful, even though I went too light on the Tony C's! Went with my own concoction since I couldn't decide...marinated in lemon butter garlic marinade, then sprinkled with Tony Chachere's. Cooked at 350-400 for about 5 minutes per side.
It's great to know someone will always come to the rescue when someone needs help. Who needs a cookbook when we have this forum.
