Sauce for Salmon??

Am cooking some salmon steaks tonight and do not have any ketchup, a base for my sauce. Does anyone have any other recipes I can try????

Wardster, a mite late I imagine, but Gretl's Salmon with Dijon Bourbon Glaze is a winner. Look for it in the recipe section.

That recipe is so good.. Know whats good to top it with.. A salsa made with strawberries, red onion, a little tomato, a jalepeno, all diced small, and add some chopped garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper and and lime juice.. If you have some leftover grilled corn on the cob, toss that in too ( the kernals)..[p]I Like to put a bed of fresh sauteed spinach down in the center of the plate, then a serving of Gretls salmon on top and then the salsa on top of that.. Looks good, tastes good..[p][p]Dylan
