Who did the Ten-Spice Tri-Tip?

Who is the wonderful person that gave me the recipe for the Ten Spice Tri- Tip roast? I made it this weekend and it came out great. My first attempt at a tri tip was just ok. I am still learning on how to cook them well. Although the meat is at temperature (140), the inside is still looks too rare for my family’s liking. I may just need to cook it longer.[p]Regardless, I had some Tri-Tip left over so last night I made some hash with it. The kids absolutely loved it and said that the recipe was a keeper.[p]Thanks to whomever it is,
