First Ribs - plus spicy shrimp & Dinosaur Beans

Did my first ribs last night using the 3-1-1- method and they came out very good. This was also my first low and slow...pretty cool

Were the spicy shrimp from the Dinosaur Cookbook as well? I haven't made them yet. Nice choice for the first low and slow.

Whew! Thanks for saving me all that typing I substituted some of the rib trimmings for the sausage. Best beans I ever had, and I've been making these for 10 years.
