Ok. I'm going to a relative's house for dad's day. BTW, happy father's day to all the dads out there![p]Is there anything I can cook and take with me for people to sample? The only problem is by the time I get there it will be cold. So it would have to be something people wouldn't mind tasting if it wasn't hot.[p]I can't really think of anything besides something like salmon and I don't want to make fish.[p]Any ideas?

Yes.  I own a blue egg!  Call Atlanta if you don't believe me!
[I put this here so everyone knows when I put pictures up with a blue egg in it]

    fiver29,
I have a similar issue today, as the twins have a piano recital at 5 (why do they plan piano recitals on Father's Day???)[p]We need to bring food that we don't eat until after the recital, so it wil be sitting an hour or two. I am gonna cook a big batch of wings (not breaded), cover with foil and hope for the best.[p]Pulled pork served on crackers would be a great way to go, as that is easy to keep hot....but it is too late for that![p]Thin slices of pork tenderloin would probably be pretty good cold. Also, London broil is very good cold...if sliced thinly.[p]Happy Pop's Day!

    fiver29,
I know that some people just don't care for fish - but my favorite cold "meat" is smoked trout or salmon. Use some hickory or mesquite to season and then chill - ummmm, good! Makes a great appetizer, IMHO.
