Any ideas about prepairing corned beef briscuit in the BGE?

David,
I've tried smoking corned beef, but it's not very good that way, much too salty. I've had pretty good results from roasting in the Egg though, at about 325 for about an hour and a half in a roast pan with potatoes, carrots and onions.

David,[p]I smoke corned beef quite a bit. I have used both the store bought stuff and corned my own. You are making pastrami when you add the smoke to it.[p]If you are buying the already corned brisket, you must soak it for 2 hours, changing the water at least twice. That will get all the salt out. They turn out very good and everyone has always enjoyed them.[p]Stogie
