About 2 years ago I smoked some salmon on my egg using a recipe from someone on the forum. I don't think it is in the recipe section but it should be. (It was not the bourbon dijon recipe by the way).[p]It turned out so well! I can't find the printout I made of the posting anywhere so I thought I would ask you guys if you recall this one.[p]It had equal parts bourbon and soy sauce. The third ingredient was brown sugar.[p]Question is: How much brown sugar? It may have been an equal part as well, but I can't remember.[p]THANKS!

For anyone who is interested, I checked with a friend and he confirmed the measurements. Equal parts soy sauce, bourbon (I like Jack Daniels), and brown sugar. However, I'm going to use slightly less sugar to keep it from tasting too sweet.[p]HAPPY Q-ing!
