what are you cooking at waldorf? i'm trying to decide what to cook.

breakfast and something yummy for lunch.. Maybe I'll do a couple lamb racks.

We doing Thai Crying Tiger steak salad, Tequila-Lime-Ancho chicken Quesadillas, and apple monkey bread. Photos won't look as good as yours.

Kentucky Bourbon Pork Tenderloin!
Kentucky Bourbon Pork
2 lb pork tenderloin (2 small)
1/4 c Kentucky Bourbon
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar - packed
3 cloves garlic - crushed
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh ginger -- minced or 1/4 t dry
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c vegetable oil
Combine marinade ingredients with a whisk. Marinate overnight. Drain. Cook on grill, basting often until done as desired. -

My bite-sized breakfast quiche in a won-ton, and something else, to be determined later -- looking like meatloaf, at the moment.

Cow Lickin' Chili, ABT's, Italian Sausage Balls w/Chile-Plum Sauce, sourdough bread.......and may bring a smoked ham and cheese for snackin' :laugh:
