<p />Thanks Scott - the first time I made "Scott's Infamous Mustard Rubbed Steak" I was surprised and grateful. Now several months later, I'm still surprised and grateful. Mustard adds a nice something to almost everything![p]Dinner tonight is in the picture and gone. Life is GOOD!

Nature Boy, sorry - I cut them on a cutting board, put them on the plate and then took the picture - you can probably tell from the picture that they were only about medium rare - still good, but probably slightly over cooked.[p]
