3:30AM pulled pork & Mikey-t #2 ring

got up early to put on boston butt (rubbed with Lowrey's saeasoning salt & prep. mustard) bottom vent open 2" using Mikey-t #2 ring on top. temp is steady @ 225°F - now it's waiting (sleeping) time.

Results:
after 13hrs butt reached 205°F & was taken off. Allowed to rest 15min & it just came appart- Wow this is mmmmm... good.
I will freeze in Vac bags for Individual Treats served with BBQ sauce (tomatoe based).

Puj, i wish i knew- my wife took it out of the package - i estimate +/-3lbs - (really a small, boneless one & enough for about 6 large sandwiches)
