BBQ Shrimp

Today I cooked a pastrami. Turned out great, but forgot to take pictures. After that came off I cranked up the heat and threw some shrimp and pineapple skewers on. Marinated in roasted garlic olive oil and a little blackening seasoning. Added a little bbq sauce to finish 'em up. They were definately a hit. They were gone quick.

Soaked a corned beef flat in water for a few days, rubbed it up and smoked to 170* internal.
I used a variation of Thireye's rub with a little less pepper. -
Yet another very nice cook today!! My wife and I are going to try those shrimp kabobs very soon. They look great!
