Today I cooked a pastrami. Turned out great, but forgot to take pictures. After that came off I cranked up the heat and threw some shrimp and pineapple skewers on. Marinated in roasted garlic olive oil and a little blackening seasoning. Added a little bbq sauce to finish 'em up. They were definately a hit. They were gone quick.
