In the recipe does the vinegar have to be white vinegar or can you use apple cider vinegar. Wife is getting ready to prepare the sauce and don't want to make a mistake. Thanks

That is what the wife said but after someone modified one of your recipes and it didn't turn out as well I didn't want to take any chances.

Wife managed to borrow some white vinegar from the neighbors.

Just like a Nole,,, never prepared :laugh: :laugh: . Uploading the final pic of "the chicken" now. Question for Randy? Do you par boil the potatoes? When all was done I had to let the veggies go a little longer for the potatoes & baby carrots (not in your recipe). Worked out great & Wendy loved it. Cut the spices a bit but don't think I needed to. Upload is done so I'll post it here. Your in for a treat Mr. Nole . Hope yours tastes as good as it's a great recipe. Is your build done yet??

Hey Pat, the first time I tried the veggies, I cooked the bird for 90 minutes and the veggies for 1 hour. My potatoes weren't quite done. After that I did the veggies for the whole 90 minutes and they were done. -RP
