Smoked Tuna

Smoked these small Tuna steaks yesterday. Tried to keep temp about 175 dome for 2 hours.Wanted strong smoke so used hickory. Usually use cheap fish for this but came out great. These are better served cold with a good beer or 5. Took one and mixed with mayo, old bay & capers for a great smoked fish dip. Eating the other 2 now with the afternoon libations. :blink: :silly: :blink:
