Thought I saw a posting recently about high temp cooking with no top on the BGE...I was just wondering what is the low end of the temp range with no top but still using the bottom vent for adjustments

ChicagoQ, I have occasionally done this with ribs. I got my inspiration from "Cat" who's a contributing member here. Adjust lower vent only to control temps. Give it a try sometime, it's not as difficult as you might think. Also give Cat's ribs a try, they're good eats.
