Can\'t Sign In--WKM

Guess I'm like a few other folks...was a registered member for years until changeover, then just can't get back in as a member...If something was sent, I didn't get it. All I get is that my handle and password "is already in use"...can you help? BTW, thanks for all your trouble, really!

I'm having a problem signing in. I enter the Username Canadian Eh! and the new password sent to me but it says "your registration process is not yet complete; please check your email for further instructions"
