Chunk of bologna

I thought I'd try to smoke a chunk of bologna tonight. I just rubbed a bbq rub on it followed by EVOO and smoked at 280 for about 3 hrs. It was actually pretty good. I thought I saw some version of this here, but I don't know how they did it so I just winged it.
