Beef roasts?
Gordo
Posts: 23
Last weekend I did pulled pork for some friends and they loved it. The request they has was if any beef roasts could provide a similiar result (I usually just make Jerky out of them). I guess I am asking if Beef Roasts will "Pull" and if so, which ones will provide the best result.[p]Thanks

Gfw,[p]I tried this out last weekend. Worked great. As advertised on your site. I found the beef gets to 200 quicker.[p]Also, IMHO, (no I did not try the sauce you made), it wasn't nearly as good as the pork.[p]Good, but I won't do it again for a while. Hope that makes sense. And yes, mine pulled just like GFW said, and shows.

Gordo,
I do briskets just like a butt. They pull fairly well are excellent eating. I would think other cuts of beef would be pretty tough.[p]K

Gamecock-4-Life, makes lots of sense to me - love pulled pork. Baby backs for tomorrow!
