MAPP GAS TEST

I'm getting ready to cook some baby back ribs and corn on the cob on the large egg.I have been using MAPP gas for about a year but have never timed how long it took to light the egg.I held the MAPP gas in the center of the egg for 25 seconds 2 inches from the lump and it was sitting dead on 250 degrees in 9 minutes.
