Just letting everybody in the Burlington County NJ area know; Wegamans in Moorsetown is selling thier lump (Branded Royal Oak) for 4.69 a 10 pound bag.

I been using Wegmans brand for well over a year, and I think its pretty good stuff. You can't go wrong for less then 5 bucks a bag.

In Minneapolis the Menards ad shows Royal oak natuaral wood charcoal (I think from the picture on the bag this is lump) $3.88 for 8.8 lb.
Heres hopeing theres a lump war!

I'm only on my 5th bag of lump but the one bag I didn't think worked very well was a Royal Oak...I wasn't experienced enough at the time to catch what particular Royal Oak type it was but it was from a big box store. TNW site has a review of dozens I fould later and returned to BGE brand for now with limited local access to other brands.

The RO I tried was a little dissapointing also but at $3.88 this RO has a new and improved feature that I love.

A lump war would be great!

$3.88 for a 8 pound bag of Royal Oak is a great price. In my neck of the woods (South Jersey), I pay $15.00+ for a 15 pound bag.
