Whammo roadkill for scallops and couscous

We have all seen the praises for Dr. Chicken's great new rub. Here's another use that is outstanding: toss 1 lb of dry scallops with a tablespoon of good olive oil, salt-to-taste and then sprinkle enough whammo to cover top and bottom of each scallop. Grill over a hot fire on a griddle or a veggie rack (small holes) for 2-3 minutes for each side. For the Isreali couscous, saute a small onion, brown the couscous in the same oil, add a tablespoon of whammo rub, the proper amount of water; simmer for 10 minutes and enjoy. This stuff is really good!
