sister in law from southeast texas sent me this shot. Apparently, a possum has taken residence in their medium egg. So what say you for a recipe: grill, low and slow or what.

Come on Wolf. You know they an't related to mice and rats. There related to kangaroos. Marsupeals!! (Yea get me on spelling :laugh: ) My Grandaddy use to eat'em baked. Keep them caged for a few weeks to "purge"'em out first. Egged with sweet potatos would be quite tastie!!
