If possible can you delete all my info and let me start over again? I have tried for weeks to get set up and can't seem to make it work. Sounds like it would be easier just to delete all my info and let me start over.

    I don't understand the problem you are having; and, deleting your information will probably just cause more problems.

    Your profile has not been "activated", which means that there is no email address or password associated with it. You cannot log in until you have completed this process -- deleting your existing information will not help.

    You only need to activate and confirm your profile once. You can get started by visiting this link:

    Sorry for the confusion. Here's the problem. When I try to log on I get the following message "This email address is already registered. If you forgot the password click "lost your password" and a new password will be sent to you"

    I did just that and got a new password via email. When I entered the new password I got the following message "your registration is not complete. Please check your email for further instructions" I have no further instructions in my email other than my new password.

    I then went back to the registration screen and put all the info in...including my new password and I got the same "this email address is already registered" email.

    Thanks in advance for your help.
