The next BGE Cooking Class

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to let you know that the next class here at the Big Green Egg Store will be April 16th. It is part of a series of 2 classes and the follow up class wil be May 1st.

The April class will be covering competiton style chicken and ribs. The May class will be picking up with butts and brisket.

Both of the classes are sure to be a lot of fun as have all the previous classes been.

The fee covers the food, recipes, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

For 1 person for 1 class it is $40.00
For 1 person for both classes is it is $60.00

For 2 people for 1 class is it is $60.00
For 2 people for both classes it is $90.00

Each class will start at 5:30 and will finish around 7:30 to 8:00 depending on how much fun everyone is having (we haven't had one finish before 8:00 yet). The classes will be right here at the Big Green Egg store, otherwise known as the Mothership.
