Yup, I've been eyeballing that as my next conquest. It took me a month to get up the nerve to cover a beautiful rack of BB's with mustard, and it was the best ribs I've ever had.[p]I'll probably let my wife do the spatchcocking as I'm pretty dangerous without adult supervision.
