dayam!!..that reminds me!...I think I ordered some too and havent gotten the order..grrr!
-
From stories I have been told, it is quite normal. If you really want some it may be best to go through Atlanta, if they can get it. You can also use hawgeyes bbq to order stuff online
-
I don't have a problem waiting...but they need to deliver. If not then they will have problems !
-
I know a dealer that had a very extended wait on product. I think I know where a quart of tenessee red is, but the regular was difficult to come by. I usually get it from a dealer that has it in stock, just to avoid this. Maybe things are better.

I'm shocked.

I have sent them an e-mail concerning my shipment.

You could do like I do and drive to the tiny burg of Perry, MO and buy it at the home of Blues. Being a small town I bet the postmaster also delivers the mail so go lite on him/her. OTOH here's a great site with low S & H for Blue's products.

Looks as though you're in for some weather the next couple days!!
EvansI spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
Hey Brother Love. I need an answer before I head to OK City.

You have no idea about this company. Before you get pissed at me do some research.

yup! It's been raining like crazy non-stop. Trouble is yesterday I worked my butt off tilling my yard and spreading $200 worth of grass seed and peat moss only to watch much of it go floating by this afternoon!

Whatcha cookin' at Waldorf? -
Don't know, gonna try "The chicken" at OK first, if its doable I might do that. -RP
-
OK I am lost "The Chicken"??? Is that the stuff and wrapped breast?
I am thinking of doing the Encrusted Rack of Lamb just to do something different. There is a Cheese Cake Entry in Danville I might practice that at Waldorf just to see how it turns out on an Egg. -
here it is pete:
Chicken, Thighs, AZRP, The Chicken
For the last 10 years or so, my daughters boyfriends, and some now husbands, have liked this recipe so much that they dubbed it "The chicken". Last night I combined my new love of cooking veggies in chicken fat with this unusual chicken recipe, thought I'd share.
1 I chopped up some potatoes, poblano pepper, bell pepper, mushrooms, and a sweet onion.
2 Then added minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, S&P, and parsley. I tossed them together in a disposable lasagna pan.
3 Next took chicken quarters and tossed them in a ziplock with some flour, they don't need any seasoning.
4 Set the Egg up with the plate setter legs up, raised grid, and dome temp 350. The chicken parts go on the top shelf with the veggies underneath.
5 I let that cook for 90 minutes while I gathered up the ingredients for the sauce.
6 With the sauce very hot, I dipped the chicken in it then set it on a piece of foil. I drizzled a few extra Tbs of the sauce over the piece then wrapped it up tight in the foil. These get wrapped in towels and into a cooler for 30-60 minutes.
7 The Veggies were outstanding.
8 And the chicken was, well "The" chicken. -RP
Cooking Tips
Sauce:
Juice of 2 lemons, 2 Tbs crushed red pepper, 2 Tbs black pepper, 1 Tbs cayene pepper, 4 Tbs kosher salt, 2 Tbs chile powder, 2 Tbs Louisiana hot sauce, 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbs garlic powder, 2 Tbs dijon mustard, and 1 pint of white vinegar. I whisked that together and brought it to a boil then whisked in 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
