Sipping on some now. Looking forward to the Lady Vols cutting down thier eight net. The taters were good next time I need to make sure they are soft enough to mash before I start mashing. I added all of the ingredients only to find the taters were a little to hard to mash. I was smoking chicken when I did the taters so I wrapped the cedar sheet in foil and the cedar didn't add any noticeble flavor . Next time no foil. They were very good. I almost never eat leftovers but they we too good to toss.

oh man!!..drinking the good stuff!..cheers!!..gota glass here myself..heh...yeah..next time let the taters go a while..cant hardly overcook them and if the go long enough the edges and tops get a nice golden brown crust on them..nice job!..oh..and I use the cedar more for serving and presentation than flavor..I usually cook them with something else and already have some degree of smoke going in the egg ;)
