<p />billex, very first thing I did on the egg and I've done may since - I change the marinate - sometimes only salt and pepper - but it's had to beat a piece of London Broil on the Egg.

  • billex,[p]I do london broil at least once a week and it's always a world beater.[p]I marinate for at least 24 hrs. I usually use a combination of good seasons, soy sauce, crushed garlic, and maybe some A1. It's pretty strong but the flavor of the finished product is awesome.[p]I sear it @600-700 for approx. a side (depending on wieght and how much searing you desire), then shut the vents and let her ride until I get an internal of 140 which will end up a nice med rare by the time you get to slicing it up.[p]Good luck and enjoy!

  • billex,
I meant to say "4 minutes a side."
