Chicken Fajitas From the Egg.

So here is some Chicken Fajitas from the egg. Started With 3 chicken breast season with salt and pepper. Cooked at 350 for about 20-25 minutes. Then added the veggies to the lodge cast iron skillet with garlic and some chilli powder and EVOO. Once the veggies started heating up I added the cut chicken into the mix. Turned out GREAT!! My girls never eat onions, or peppers, but they gobbled them up tonight. :woohoo: :woohoo: :cheer:

Those look fantastic!!!! Might I suggest trying the chicken fajita marinade from Cathy Lowe on "foodtv.com"? Very simple and you will not be disappointed.
