Quick Meal
I need help with a quick meal...just discovered people are coming over for a cookout this evening. I'm at work all day so I'll only have about 2.5 - 3 hours to prepare. I need something easy but still impressive.

Pork tenderloins...only takes 30-45 mins to cook; does not require long marinade.

DallasBBQ, steaks are always easy but I'm with Puj, chicken breasts are always wonderful. A few easy seasonings or rubs make them especially tasty.

Puj, off to points east (that's a nice way of describing SC) but will be cooking something at my brother's Saturday night.
