Peanut butter rub

I tried JJ's rub, minus the salt and added peanut butter to the concoction (non-chunky) and it came out quite nice on some pork loin. The peanut butter kept the spices right on the meat during the cook, and added an interesting flavor and consistency to the crust.

    ____________________________________________________________[p]Spicy Peanut Butter Marinade [p]1/2 cup Peanut butter, creamy
    1/2 cup Sherry, dry
    1/4 cup Soy sauce, dark
    1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup Honey
    1/4 cup Oil
    1/4 cup Ginger, crushed
    1/4 cup Green onion, minced
    1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
    2 tablespoon(s) Sesame oil, dark
    2 tablespoon(s) Chinese chili sauce
    2 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
    6 Garlic clove(s)[p]PREPARATION:
    Combine everything in food processor and mix.
    Marinade pork for up to 8 hours.
    Remove pork from the marinade and boil the marinade.
    Grill the chops and use the marinade as mop while grilling.
