I hate to say it but I think it is time to disable guests from posting....excepting maybe here.....or make a very prominant contact the webmaster button where folks can email you about problems.

I don't know about this software but there is forum software out there that makes it very easy to ban IPs and track if people try to log in with multiple id's. I've not heard of near the registration problems with other systems either.

I volunteer to help moderate if that would be helpful. I think a couple of folks could really ease your burden.
