<p />I love making burgers on the Egg! There are only a couple of burgers at restaurants in Nashville that are as good as the ones off my Egg. Credit goes to Wise One from this forum for helping me get it right! Thanks for the post from March 19 of last year (3/4" thick on edges - 500 degrees - 4 minutes per side).[p]Also you introduced me to CharCrust in that same post. Good stuff.
