Well......I think i'm getting closer but still having problems. I did get a new password via email but when I try to log on it tells me I have more steps to take and I should review the email I recieved. The only email I received is the one giving me my new password. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Boy is this frustrating! I got my new password and entered it but I still get the "your registration is not complete, check your email" There is nothing on the email but the new password.

What in the world do I need to do to get set up? This couldn't be that difficult.

Sorry to keep bothering you but I did just as you instructed. I clicked on the link, completed all the info (name, email address,ect) and input the new password I recieved via email. I still get the response, "registration not complete" telling me to view my email for further instructions. The only email I have received is the one with the new password. I must be doing something wrong but I sure can't figure it out.
