Oh yeah, looks great. We make that kind of meal often because I love sausages.

Apparently, I'm not the only one that overlooked Woosday....where is everyone??? I went to work early, actually just after some of the April fools posts and it totally slipped my mind. Anyway, here are some pork steaks from the other day.

Thanks Brian...I didnt have zucchini which I guess is required of any respectable Ratatouille, so I didn't call it that..but it was very good..
