Looking for a couple of recipes to do on the BGE. The wife would like some suggestions on doing some Teriyaki Beef. As a kid growing up in Sacramento, one of the neighbors used to do strips of beef on the barbecue on a bamboo skewer. Sort of a sate? I'd like a recipe for the kind of barbecued chicken on a bamboo skewer that you get in a Chinese resturant. Any suggestions?[p]Thanks in advance![p]Kelly Keefe
