I have looked in the recipe index & the forum search but I can't find the recipe. Does anyone have Mike's rib recipe? Please share if you do. Thanks.

FYI - I tried a slightly modified version of this last Sunday and it turned out great! I found that recipe after I did a posting looking for advice on whether it was better to foil, or not to foil, on the middle stage of the 3-1-1 ribs. I elected not to wrap in foil and I'm glad I tried that way.

The one thing I did not do that Car Wash Mike recommends is 'misting' the ribs with apple juice and vinegar. Next time around I'm going to give that a shot. I didn't have apple juice so I sacrificed a beer or two in the drip pan just to keep the moisture level up. The ribs turned out great, but it was probably a senseless sacrifice of beer.

Also, Vidalia1 if I'm not mistaken I think you had a posting out there somewhere showing the table that you built for your large Egg. I can't find it any more and if I recall, it was a really nice one. I'd really appreciate you dropping me a note about that. I'd like to know if you built it or bought it. If you built it, I'll probably have some questions around that.
