Wrapping The Butt

OK, its finished, wrapped in foil and ready for a few hours in the cooler. I'm wondering if there would be a problem with putting it in a large ziplock bag to prevent any leakage from getting on the towels. Anyone tried this?
Thanks, Rascal

That shouldn't hurt a thing.

Hey Rascal; the only thing by putting it in a zip lock it's going to make it steam more then anything. I you like the crunchy bark then don't use the zip lock. If that is no problem then the meat should be more moist then anything. Good Luck let us know how you make out.
