The pizza was great. I use the Publix pizza dough and it always taste great. We also put pine nuts on most of our pizzas. When people try them they always ask why aren't these on all pizzas....I dunno...

Looks great. That pizza seem perfect. What is your dough recipe...if you don't mind sharing.

Dang Kim, that pizza looks awesome, how long did you let the chicken steep? -RP

The pie looks great. Pine nuts huh?
May give that a rip.
And you can't go wrong with Publix dough - especially if you leave it out to warm up before stretching. -
Randy,
I let the chicken steep for almost an hour. It was tear apart tender. The family liked the heat of the peppers & sweet potatoes. Everything was great. -
That pizza looks great! Still haven't had the chance to do one yet, but looking at these pix I am encouraged.

Cool, glad it worked. -RP

Nice looking eats! That pizza looks way bigger than my BGE pizza stone. Whadya cook it on?

We bought 2 Air Bake pizza pans. You can get them at Target, BBB, etc...they are 15.75" and fit perfect over the large pizza stone.
http://www.target.com/AirBake-Pizza-Pan-15-75/dp/B000063SKU/sr=1-1/qid=1206964645/ref=sr_1_1/602-4929983-6071065?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k:pizza pan&page=1
The airbake hangs over the pizza stone by almost 2" all the way around. I do usually turn the pizza half way through the cook to keep 1 side from burning.
We bought 2 so we can always have one being made while one cooks... -
Kim
Really good looking pizza.
