To all,

Okay, I now want another EGG for an additional surface and for travelling.

I really do not want to wait until the EGGtoberfest.

Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on a SMALL BGE in the Atlanta Area?

Would the "mothership" give me a discount based on it being my second EGG?

Thanks,
Greg

I got my small from the mothership for $320 back in 2004.It also included a bag of lump, ash tool, starter blocks, some spices and a hat.I didn't need the nest or mates,as I was putting it into my table. That was the best price I found at that time. :)

    Doug,

That sounds like a really good deal.

I might need to go to the mothership.

    Bob,

I don't think I can wait that long.

I am going to St. George's over the summer and really want to cook out some seafood.

Plus, it is really difficult to do sides when you are already cooking the entree.

Maybe I can convince them to give me a graduation discount, as I will be finishing in May. :woohoo:

    Doug,

I will definitely let you know. I am looking forward to getting the second egg, and my wife seems to be warming up to the idea.

Yea Greg,I didn't have a problem talking my wife into the second egg.My problem came when I tried to talk her into a third egg. I got my XL about three weeks ago and have been paying for since. She won't give me money to buy enouph meat to fill it up. :laugh:Maybe someday I will get my moneys worth from it. :ermm:

    Doug,

Definitely know what you mean on that one.

Last year, I bought a plasma HDTV. My wife made me pay for it for months.

When I bought the EGG, she mentioned it for a couple of months due to all the accessories needed. So then I told her that I would stop cooking food on the EGG for her. That stopped her.
