Deep Dish Chicago Style

I decided to take a rip at the recipe posted by Large Marge about a month ago. The crust was very easy to make, and the rise took a lot less time than I expected.
The sauce was fantastic. I topped it with whole milk mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, italian sausage, and onion.
This is kind of a polar opposite of what RTD posted last night. Even though I pre-cooked the sausage, this sucker was still pretty greasy - which equals good. Not healthy, but good.
I have the recipe and would be happy to re-post with permission of the original author if anyone is interested. One tip I would add it to take it out of the pan to let it cool and set. I didn't and the bottom was a little overdone.
Unfortunately the pics aren't very good. It was raining like crazy and I didn't want to get the camera wet, so these are indoor pics with flash.

I thought the pics looked great! I have a recipe for a Chicago style stuffed pizza that I want to try on the Egg. The cheese and toppings go on the crust then another layer of dough goes over that, then the tomato sauce goes on top. It bakes for about 45 minutes. I haven't made it in a couple years, and if I wasn't on this damn diet I'd give it a shot tomorrow. Nice lookin pie! -RP

Sorry about that...try again when you get a chance. I resized it but I guess I didn't save it before I uploaded it.
