Very good...added the apple wood bacon just for some extra "moisture"

BamaFan...When I had my gasser going I wrapped a couple of back straps in bacon on med heat for about 30 mins. Turned out great...don't hunt anymore and so I don't have any venison for my egg.

Nice racks, Bama. I did ribs today, too, and damn if they weren't the best I've ever done. Wish I had pics for y'all.
I did 3-1-1 with:
* Cherry smoke
* John Henry's Pecan Rub
* Sweet Baby Ray's sauce -
I too am doing ribs tonight. Your Look great. Just have to love a good rack of ribs.
