I came across a jar of green peppercorns in my spice rack that I have not used for a long time.Maybe to long so I put a few in the pepper mill and after a few turns I said to myself very interesting flavor. Then after examining the label they said to soak for five minutes and add to brown sauce or mash with butter and use on veggies, steak or pork chops.

Was doing some burgers and thought why not try my discovered herb.

I took two teaspoons of peppercorns softened for five minutes
put them into a mortar with two shakes of salt I think one would have been enough mashed it up

added to 1/2 cup mayo with a splash of Worcestershire sauce

spread the mix on a bun with the cheese, onion, etc.

Tasted very good.Has anyone used green peppercorns in a similar cook? Any additions or suggestions would be appreciated.
