Chicken Fajitas

My wife and I had a fajita craven tonight when we got home from work. We found some boneless chicken breasts and a pack of dry fajita seasoning. I suppose I could have looked up some recipes somewhere or even asked for help on the Forum but the moment seized me and I succumbed to the simplicity of following directions on the label. I did, however, revert to the Egg instead of the suggested hot pan. Surprisingly, they were very good. So you guys who want a quick Mexican meal can take heart in knowing that sometimes the prepared mixes are okay in a pinch.[p]Spring Chicken

Direct like steak at about 500°. flip two or three times to make it look pretty, and slice into nice size pieces. We saved two of the breasts whole to eat tomorrow for lunch with a salad. May try it again pretty soon.[p]SC
