Butt Ready Too Soon...Help!

I planned to cook a 9# Butt in 18 hours but it was ready in 14...why? Maybe the wind kept the temp up through the night? Regardless, I have a Butt that is ready, but Easter Dinner is not for another 5 hours...and the butt has already been wrapped in foil and a towel in the cooler for 5 hours already. Is it going to dry out? How do I make the butt as good at 2pm central time as it is now at 9am central?

Any help would be appreciated...

PS: I have already preached a sunrise service and will go back to preach the regular morning worship service...so I may not respond immediately to your reply....Have a happy Easter and remember our resurrected Lord!
